Terms & Conditions
To maintain the safety and integrity of our community, Luxe reserves the right to request the following from any applicant:
Active social media handles.
Professional references from previous models, studios, or photographers.
Luxe reserves the absolute right to refuse or reject any booking request at our discretion if we believe an individual is not the right fit for the group or poses a potential safety risk. In the event that Luxe rejects a booking after a deposit has been paid, a full refund of the deposit will be issued within 48 hours.
2. Cancellation and Refund Policy
Each Luxe event is unique and involves significant upfront costs.
The Cut-off Date: There is a specific "Final Cancellation Date" for every event. It is the participant's responsibility to ask a Luxe manager for this date at the time of booking.
Refunds: Cancellations made on or before this date will receive a full deposit refund.
Retention of Funds: Cancellations made after this date will result in Luxe retaining the deposit to cover non-refundable costs and the administrative burden of refilling the space.
3. Accommodation, Logistics, and Property Care
Changes to Lodging: Luxe reserves the right to change accommodation to a property of equal standard if unforeseen issues arise with the original third-party provider. Such changes are made in the group's best interest and do not entitle the participant to a refund.
Venue Respect and Cleanliness: All attendees are expected to be respectful of the venue and the cleanliness of our surroundings. Please be careful and considerate when moving or using any property belongings. Should any accidents occur, you must inform a Luxe manager immediately.
Housekeeping: While we do not require a deep clean by our members, we kindly ask that you clear up after yourself and remain considerate of other attendees sharing the space.
Photography Equipment & Belongings: Luxe does not supply or provide insurance for any photography equipment. All attendees are solely responsible for the safety, security, and care of their own belongings. We strongly advise that all attendees take out their own comprehensive insurance policy to cover their equipment. * Travel and Flights: Luxe is not responsible for airline operations or cancellations. All participants must hold valid travel insurance and refrain from booking flights until instructed by a Luxe team member.
4. Dietary Requirements and Health
Food Intolerances and Allergies: For the safety of all participants, attendees must make Luxe management aware of any food intolerances, severe allergies, or specific dietary requirements prior to the event.
Liability: While we will endeavor to accommodate these needs with our vendors and catering, Luxe cannot be held responsible for the accidental presence of allergens in food provided by third-party suppliers.
5. Model Participation and Lineups
Luxe strives to provide the specific talent advertised; however, attendance is subject to health and travel conditions.
Substitutions and Reductions: Luxe reserves the right to replace advertised models with talent of an equivalent standard or reduce the total number of models should illnesses or issues beyond our control occur.
Liability: Changes to the lineup do not entitle participants to a refund.
6. Professional Conduct, Safety, and Legal Compliance
We maintain a zero-tolerance policy regarding behavior that compromises the comfort or safety of our team and attendees.
Local Laws: All attendees must strictly adhere to the local laws and regulations of the country or jurisdiction in which the event is held.
Personal Conduct: Participants must act professionally. Luxe reserves the right to remove any individual—without refund—who pushes a model’s comfort levels or breaches the "Agreed Levels of Conduct."
Substance Use: Excessive alcohol consumption or the use of illegal substances is strictly prohibited and is grounds for immediate removal.
Unauthorized Guests: Friends or family are not permitted at Luxe events unless prior written consent is granted by a Luxe manager.
7. Scheduling and Risk Management
Adherence to Schedule: All photographers and models must stick to the planned itinerary. Any shoots outside of the official schedule must be approved by a Luxe manager in advance.
Safety Responsibility: Photographers are responsible for their own safety and must not request models to perform any task or pose that could put the model in physical danger. Luxe reserves the right to terminate any shoot deemed unsafe.
